Paychex Business Solutions clients can access payroll reports in seconds, from anywhere with a PC and Internet connection. Our free Online Reports service makes it easier to manage your payroll, while eliminating on-site storage issues.
Simply log into our secure website to access all of the standard reports offered through your Paychex payroll, and more, including:
- Quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns.
- Employer W-3s, replacement employee W-2s, and independent contractor 1099s.
- Up to four years of payroll history.
- On-demand Earnings Records, available only to Online Reports clients.
Designate Access
Simplify your payroll process even further by authorizing your accountant, bookkeeper, or financial advisor to access Online Reports for you.
Hardcopy Reports
If you prefer your reports on paper, we'll send standard reports in your payroll package each pay period.
