Your HRG will function as an account manager for your business by clarifying and fulfilling your ongoing requests and needs. They may also:
- Perform client visits to communicate new offerings as well as changes to existing services.
- Conduct enrollment meetings.
- Review or change benefit offerings, carriers, contributions, and employee classifications during annual enrollment.
Your Safety and Loss Control Representative can help your business establish and maintain a safe working environment. Once you've developed a formal safety management strategy, your representative can also assist you with safety training sessions, seminars, and ongoing awareness campaigns to protect your employees, assets, and productivity.
